We are able to undertake the remortgaging of your home and are on the panel of all major lending institutions.

EQUITY RELEASE SCHEMES
We have a partner who specialises in this growing, though as yet largely unregulated, area. This firm is a panel member of the National Solicitors Network through which we receive a large volume of Equity Release cases. We do not act unless the Plan Provider is a member of SHIP. Once instructed it is our job to obtain the deeds, carry out title checks and searches, prepare a package for the Plan Provider and meet face to face with the client to discuss the pros and cons of the scheme, deal with signing of the paperwork and ultimately see the matter through to a successful conclusion.

If acting for a tenant, we can advise you on the pitfalls that can appear or be hidden in the detailed terminology of a modern complex lease, and what the impact of signing the lease means for you and/or your business.
